We ask that all order are placed by Friday before 12pm (noon) to recieve that following Sunday/ Monday depending on your pick up or delivery selection.

All deliveries will come in insulated packaging with gel packs to ensure your meals stay cool when they arrive at your door. Our drivers will send a courtesy text to the phone number provided as a notification at the time of delivery. Meals will typically remain cool for 2-3 hours, weather permitting.

We will take order cancellation up to 24 hours before your order is fulfilled. Any cancellations made on day of delivery/pick up will NOT receive a refund. Please send any cancellation requests to [email protected] with your first and last name.

To ensure the quality of our meals we recommend that you microwave your meals no longer than 2 minutes or until heated all the way through with the lid loosely fitted to prevent from drying out your protein

We deliver to all of Orange County, the Greater Los Angeles Area, and most cities in the Inland Empire. All deliveries come in insulated packaging with gel packs that will keep meals cool 4 to 6 hours, weather permitting. Deliveries made to OC and LA are made every Sunday between 2pm - 10pm. Deliveries to Empire Inland are made every Monday overnight between 12am - 6am.

Every item on our menu is gluten free with the exception of the whole wheat noodles and protein pancakes/waffles

Yes! Our meals are made to last approximately 5 days in a refrigerator if you are ordering meals for 6 or 7 days we recommend that you freeze the meals that will be eaten on the 6 the and 7th day.

Our main goal is to help you eat healthy without getting sick of eating the same meals. Therefore we will be changing the menu the first Wednesday of every month.

We very proudly offer 2 vegan options on our menu, 100% free of any animal products. We change our vegan option every month along with the rest of the menu.
